Abstract

Inspired by social constructivism and scaffolding theories, WebQuest offers a multitude of variations that can support teachers in the implementation of educational situations in which: - The integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) will be pragmatic, gradual and incremental; - Learners have more to learn than teachers have to teach. Ultimately, the WebQuest seems to allow the emergence of teachers training and support programs that match their professional competencies and needs.
